My favourite restaurant in the whole of Scotland strikes again with an amazing 30 quid at menu. The seafood bisque would be amazing on its own, but with gruyere cheese and croutons on the side it's a meal in itself. Then the pork belly, potato gratin & Stornoway black pudding (what else could I possibly say). The cheese came next and was delicious, all washed down with a 500ml carafe of house red. £47 before tip, unbelievable value for genuine fine french dining.

Very impressed with the quality of food, service and for what we ordered the price. This was,a,special birthday dinner so probably spent a little bit more on some extras. Would highly recommend a visit, advise booking a table in advance especially for the evening as it is popular, has special deals midweek so check out the website..

Food was excellent - had the steak for 2 & it was exquisite. Tender, succulent and cut like butter. Staff lovely, relaxed and cosy atmosphere. Slightly more expensive than some others in area but worth it for a lovely meal and experience (circa. £160 for 2 of us - 3 courses with bottle of wine). We definitely will be back and would highly recommend.
